Hello! I'm Kayla, licensed esthetician and owner of Kayla Erice Esthetics. I've always been passionate of all things skin and beauty related and I'm happy to welcome you to your new treatment room.

I believe no two faces are alike, which is why all of my facials are customized to your skins needs. My goal as your esthetician is to provide you with not only an amazing experience while you are in my studio, but the education and guidance for you to continue our progress while at home.

  • Do you take walk-in appointments?
    We are currently taking clients by appointment only, in some cases there may be same day appointments available. Please see our booking page or reach out with any questions regarding availability.
  • Is there anything I need to do before getting a facial?
    Besides getting ready to relax, please stop using any exfoliants 3 days prior to your appointment. If you are unsure if a product you're using contains any physical or chemical exfoliants- please reach out to me so I can help you verify. Please also let me know if you are on any prescription acne medication as this may alter your treatment plan.
  • Can I do Acne Bootcamp if I don't live in the Bay Area?
    Yes! We offer both in person and virtual Acne Bootcamp programs.
  • Can I bring someone to my appointment with me?
    Unfortunately we only can accommodate the person being serviced at the time of the appointment. If you are under the age of 18, a parent or guardian may accompany you.
  • What if I am running late for my appointment?
    If you are running late please reach out as soon as possible so we can verify if we still have time for your appointment that day. If you are more than 7 minutes behind schedule we will likely have to reschedule your appointment due to time constraints.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    All cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you are subject to a fee equal to 75% of your scheduled service. Reminder notifications will be sent out via text and email 3 days prior to your appointment in order to provide ample time to cancel outside of the 24 hour period. Upon receiving your reminder notification please confirm your appointment through the link provided - if your appointment is not confirmed I will send out two courtesy texts/phone calls before canceling your appointment.
